I actually received the jersey on Friday - called and spoke to Carol today about it after I received your voice message :)
I just wanted to write Carol a quick thank you email, as she assisted me on Thursday in getting my order into the mail and delivered to me by Friday. I was buying the gift for my "nephews" (friend's son) 1st birthday present (Nice and big so it will fit him for a few years!).
I called a head of ordering, and Carol let me know what time I would have the order in by to ensure it was in the post Thursday night, but also checked to confirm they were in stock.
After I placed the order online I called again and Carol had already picked up the order and started processing it for me.
I received the jersey on Friday morning, and was able to give it to the birthday boy on Saturday at his party and loved wearing it around the house, sleeves rolled up and all!
I appreciate the effort that Carol went to for me, and wanted to take the time to say Thank You! I have told everyone how impressed I was with the service, and how nice it is to be able to call and chat to someone, unlike most online shops, and have recommended you to all my friends, family and work colleagues. I will definately be ordering from the AFL Footy Shop again
