I have ordered from the AFL footy shop many times and have never had any issues dealing with them. The process is always easy and the orders arrive in a timely manner. My last purchase was a Carlton Stealth t shirt for my son in law. The first one arrived and 2xl was way too big ( my mistake in ordering) I contacted them and arranged a refund. I reordered the correct size separately as I wanted to make sure to get it in time for Christmas. I ordered on the Monday ( and paid express postage) and received it on the Wednesday! Super happy with the shirt. It’s quality material and fitted beautifully! Highly recommend the AFL footy shop for any of your footy merchandise.

I had a great experience with this business. When I contacted them about a missing parcel, they responded quickly and took my concerns seriously right away. Without any hassle, they went above and beyond by resending the items on their own initiative to make sure I was looked after. It’s rare to see that level of customer care these days, and it really made a difference. I felt valued as a customer, and their prompt, proactive approach gave me a lot of confidence in their service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I purchased three items for my son-in-law's birthday. They are of very good quality and were very well priced. He is the one-eyed Swans fan of the family so he will love them.
