Birthday Blues

Never knowing what to buy my husband for his birthday, I can always rely on getting something new for him from the footy shop. As he’s turning 75 shortly, I thought by getting him the Christmas gear, he’ll think all his christmases have come at once.

Can I wait until October????

I had a fantastic experience shopping with The AFL Footy Shop. Before making my purchase, I contacted them through their website with a number of questions about different products, and Peter was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He made the whole process seamless and gave me complete confidence in my purchase. It's so important to support businesses like The AFL Footy Shop, where genuine customer service still comes first, rather than always turning to the big retail giants. My biggest challenge now is resisting the temptation to give my daughter her birthday presents before her 10th birthday in October! She's going to be absolutely delighted with her new Hawthorn Hawks bedroom for out and bobblehead. Thanks again to Peter and the ‘behind the scenes’ team at AFL Footy shop for the outstanding service. I'll definitely be shopping with The AFL Footy Shop again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any AFL fan.

Fantastic customer service!!

What great customer service and a great bunch of people working here!! My polo top had a hole in it after wearing it once. I sent a photo to the team for their review and within 30 minutes I had a reply asking if I would like a refund or a different style of shirt (due to my original one being out of stock). How awesome is that! No questions asked! Can’t wait to buy more Swans gear from you guys! And thanks again!!

Great support

I purchased a north melbourne jacket and when it arrived unbeknown to the AFL shop the left sleeve had not been stitched properly. I immediately emailed the AFL shop at Devonport Tasmania and that was at five o'clock. At 9:00 a.m the next morning I got an email from the shop saying they would send another one and check it carefully before it comes. They could not have been more helpful and the service was great I highly recommend them.

So grateful for the support and kindness

My nephew Charlie and I had such a great experience with the AFL footy shop. I ordered a Hawk's clock, as a gift for him, and it sadly didn't work - the only one in the batch that was faulty - but Sandy and the team were so understanding and supportive. They offered to replace the clock with any other items from the store for the same value and even threw in a bonus. We held on to the clock, and Charlie will now use it as wall art. We couldn't be more grateful for not only the incredible options of Hawk's products but Sandy's kindness and promptness in responding to our requests. Thank you for being so awesome!
