Such helpful staff

Legend!

I am so happy we found this store! We recently tried to purchase the richmond duffle bag from another company and got completely screwed over! Then I came across this website, gave them a call and Craig saved the day!!! The bag is for a Christmas gift so I was worried it wouldn't get here in time but I was assured that it definitely would! And it arrived today like promised! Absolutely legend Craig ! Thanks for fixing christmas!!!!
