Exceptional service

Excellent service

Geelong fleece jacket

A family of mixed loyalties

In our family, you are a swan or a blues supporter. There’s no in between. Living in NSW, you have to stand out amongst the other codes to get your team noticed. We’ve bought everything from clothing to earrings to stubby coolers. Without putting any mayo on it, I can say the AFL footy shop has the best prices for both footy team’s colours. (And go the Swans)

Fix my mistake with no charge amazing

I had an amazing experience with the AFL Footy Shop! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and they were incredibly kind and efficient in helping me out. They quickly sent me the correct size along with a return bag for the original item, making the whole process super easy. Their customer service was courteous, diligent, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted smoothly. Plus, they have some unusual AFL items that I don’t see in other shops, which is great! Highly recommend them!

Everything I wanted

Slack Delivery

Evert thing was great from your end until a slack delivery contractor txt Friday 7th Mar 7.42am to say they would deliver today between 7.35am and 9.35am. So I waited at home until 9.32am when I got another txt saying driver held up and will deliver later today.....I then got a txt at 11.04am saying parcel is at Keysborough Post Office. I had gone to work about 10am but my 22yo son was home all day and no delivery was attempted at all, anytime Fri 7th March. Your service was great but I do not want to have to go out of my way to the Post Office for any future orders. Regards Bruce Tonkin
