A thank you present for friends hospitality during my stay in the USA. I have purchased the children Real Madrid fútbol outfits. There was no dispute on this front. Looking for an Australian sporting equivalent, I debated between Rugby and the AFL. The AFL won due to the parents familiarity with the code. Respecting the Mother's preferred team and wanting to avoid a lecture later on, I purchased St Kilda football outfits for her son and toddler. My preference would have been Hawthorn memorabilia. Fingers crossed they make it all the way to Arizona, USA. Take note Gideon McLachlan, how one should build international coverage for the AFL Code. Mothers and children.

My son has a number of conditions and disabilities and rarely, if ever, expresses enjoyment for things. Recently, out of what seems like no where he has become an enthusiastic Fremantle supporter (poor kiddo, as if life wasn't already hard enough!). We live in Brisbane and we looked up when Freo will next be here, which conveniently is this coming weekend. I purchased tickets to the game and went searching online for somewhere that sold Freo merch and had expedited shipping. Found the AFL Footy Shop and placed an order. Unfortunately the polo I had ordered was out of stock and Sandy emailed me immediately offering a number of solutions. We were able to find another shirt, and the order was sent out that same day. So impressed with her responsiveness and helpfulness. Absolute superstar. ...now it's up to AusPost to do their part to our package to us in time for the game....
