My son has a number of conditions and disabilities and rarely, if ever, expresses enjoyment for things. Recently, out of what seems like no where he has become an enthusiastic Fremantle supporter (poor kiddo, as if life wasn't already hard enough!). We live in Brisbane and we looked up when Freo will next be here, which conveniently is this coming weekend. I purchased tickets to the game and went searching online for somewhere that sold Freo merch and had expedited shipping. Found the AFL Footy Shop and placed an order. Unfortunately the polo I had ordered was out of stock and Sandy emailed me immediately offering a number of solutions. We were able to find another shirt, and the order was sent out that same day. So impressed with her responsiveness and helpfulness. Absolute superstar. ...now it's up to AusPost to do their part to our package to us in time for the game....
