What a hit this gift was with my 85 year old Dad in lockdown on his birthday. He is a passionate Brisbane Lions supporter and the footy is the main thing getting him through COVID. My nephew Charlie and I had such a great experience with the AFL footy shop. I ordered a Hawk's clock, as a gift for him, and it sadly didn't work - the only one in the batch that was faulty - but Sandy and the team were so understanding and supportive. They offered to replace the clock with any other items from the store for the same value and even threw in a bonus. We held on to the clock, and Charlie will now use it as wall art. We couldn't be more grateful for not only the incredible options of Hawk's products but Sandy's kindness and promptness in responding to our requests. Thank you for being so awesome!
