Very easy to order and arrived ahead of advised date. The clock does what it is supposed to do, tells time. Only downside is the hands on the clock are black & merge into the face of the clock to some extent. I also purchased a North Melbourne clock, which have white hands that merge into the clockface. Swap them and both would be easier to read. No complaints about the service.
