Purchased a Carl...

Purchased a Carlton Soft Shell jacket for my mum via the Online store. It was too small. Sandra from the AFL Shop support team was brilliant to deal with and they swapped it out for a larger size quickly with no fuss, got the new jacket within a week. Outstanding service. The jacket is great quality, Mum is very happy. Go Blues!

I have purchased from AFL Footy Shop online many times. Every time the items arrive on-time and exactly as I ordered. Prefer to purchase here than from a store in-person. I will be back…and Go Dees ❤️
