The customer service of the AFLfootyshop is simply the best! A bit of a mix-up on the order (from both sides) was sorted quickly, with no fuss but with lots of good humour. Ordered Carlton shorts, Collingwood shorts arrived. Hilarious for me as a Collingwood fan, but I couldn't convince my Carlton supporter husband this was a sign and he should switch teams. I managed to order the wrong size just to add insult to injury :-) Sandra at AFL Footy Shop was an absolute star arranging for me to return. It's so important to support businesses like The AFL Footy Shop, where genuine customer service still comes first, rather than always turning to the big retail giants. My biggest challenge now is resisting the temptation to give my daughter her birthday presents before her 10th birthday in October!
