Ironically, I haven't seen the tie I ordered yet, but it's been safely delivered to a mailbox that I will access in a month or so. I'll guarantee the product is wonderful given it has a Carlton logo on it, and that would work if the tie was fluorescent pink. But this is a review for Nicky at the AFL Shop versus the tie. She (or perhaps he) was absolutely wonderful. I had ordered the tie to be delivered to an address that I wouldn't be at for some time, and I wrote asking about its delivery and she not only wrote back in great detail, but followed up with Australia Post and sent a photo of teethe being placed into the mailbox. Over and above all that she was incredibly sympathetic to how important something as simple as a team tie was, as silly as that might sound to anyone else in the world. What a wonderful experience, and for someone living in the US, a brilliant reminder of the goodness of Australian culture. Thank you to Nicky, the crazy Bulldogs fan!
