I bought the die-cast Carlton as a gift for a dyed in the wool Blues supporter for a favour he did for me. He was very surprised and over the moon with it and now holds centre spot on his desk. My nephew Charlie and I had such a great experience with the AFL footy shop. I ordered a Hawk's clock, as a gift for him, and it sadly didn't work - the only one in the batch that was faulty - but Sandy and the team were so understanding and supportive. They offered to replace the clock with any other items from the store for the same value and even threw in a bonus. We held on to the clock, and Charlie will now use it as wall art. We couldn't be more grateful for not only the incredible options of Hawk's products but Sandy's kindness and promptness in responding to our requests. Thank you for being so awesome!
