I had selected express post as needed the item within a week,and with Australia post delays didn’t want to take the chance of it not arriving in time.It arrived in 2 days!!! I had a fantastic experience shopping with The AFL Footy Shop. Before making my purchase, I contacted them through their website with a number of questions about different products, and Peter was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He made the whole process seamless and gave me complete confidence in my purchase. It's so important to support businesses like The AFL Footy Shop, where genuine customer service still comes first, rather than always turning to the big retail giants. My biggest challenge now is resisting the temptation to give my daughter her birthday presents before her 10th birthday in October! She's going to be absolutely delighted with her new Hawthorn Hawks bedroom for out and bobblehead. Thanks again to Peter and the ‘behind the scenes’ team at AFL Footy shop for the outstanding service.
