I ordered the Collingwood key ring for my Grandson’s Birthday. Unfortunately he is a Collingwood supporter, we are all West Coast. I chose the key ring as he has just bought a new car, so I felt it was very fitting. The product arrived today, I am very pleased with the quality. The gift arrived as was indicated and well packaged. All in all I am very pleased with the transaction and the service I received . Thanks to all concerned.

My nephew Charlie and I had such a great experience with the AFL footy shop. I ordered a Hawk's clock, as a gift for him, and it sadly didn't work - the only one in the batch that was faulty - but Sandy and the team were so understanding and supportive. They offered to replace the clock with any other items from the store for the same value and even threw in a bonus. We held on to the clock, and Charlie will now use it as wall art. We couldn't be more grateful for not only the incredible options of Hawk's products but Sandy's kindness and promptness in responding to our requests. Thank you for being so awesome!
