I deal with Sandra who assisted me with adapting an Adult bundle into a Junior bundle (Junior not available at the time) who even threw in a nice little kicker on the side for my son. The timely responses and quick postage saw my gift delivered well before my boys birthday which he loved! My nephew Charlie and I had such a great experience with the AFL footy shop. I ordered a Hawk's clock, as a gift for him, and it sadly didn't work - the only one in the batch that was faulty - but Sandy and the team were so understanding and supportive. They offered to replace the clock with any other items from the store for the same value and even threw in a bonus. We held on to the clock, and Charlie will now use it as wall art. We couldn't be more grateful for not only the incredible options of Hawk's products but Sandy's kindness and promptness in responding to our requests. Thank you for being so awesome!
