The Cats had a perfect final run, following up their thrilling qualifying final win against Collingwood with an emphatic preliminary final victory against Brisbane to set up the mouth-watering Grand Final clash with the Sydney Swans.

On an historic Saturday at the MCG Chris Scott's men proved their Premiership mettle, taking the coveted Premiership Cup back to Kardinia Park.
