I purchased this Auskick pack as a gift. Not long after purchasing I was contacted to say that the shorts that were part of the set were on back order, and they sent out the rest of the items express post (no extra charge) and will send the shorts when they arrive. The customer service was fantastic and i really appreciated their level of communication. The gift was loved and was exactly as described. Will happily order again from the AFL Footy Shop.

I must say, I was pleased with the quick response I got from Peter when I was querying something on the website. Amazing and friendly and so easy to communicate. When I had to change sizes it was so simple with Sandy, very efficient and so helpful!!! And not forgetting, I made Hubby's day on his birthday when he got all the Dockers Stuff!!! He was chuffed!!!
