Is the mug freezer-safe?
Absolutely - that's what it's designed to do!. Pop it in the freezer upside down for a few hours before the first use to cool the gel and the fill with your fave chilled beverage!

Can I use it for hot drinks?
No - hot liquids will dilute the cooling effect and could damage the gel. Stick to cold drinks only.

How do I clean it?
Hand wash with warm, soapy water. Avoid abrasive sponges to preserve the logo and outer finish. Not suitable for the dishwasher sorry.

Is the material food-safe?
Of course - it's BPA-free, non-toxic food grade plastic that's designed to be drunk from!
