My son got it out of the box and his head was sideways and didn’t bobble properly, I emailed and had the loveliest person reply. She sent another one asap and let him keep the imperfect one as well. He was so happy.

I ordered the Harry Shezeel Bobblehead for my grandson who is a mad keen North Melbourne Barracker and member and gave it to him at the Good Friday game. His eyes lit up and he was delighted with it. I must say, I was pleased with the quick response I got from Peter when I was querying something on the website. Amazing and friendly and so easy to communicate. When I had to change sizes it was so simple with Sandy, very efficient and so helpful!!! And not forgetting, I made Hubby's day on his birthday when he got all the Dockers Stuff!!! He was chuffed!!!
