Three days prior to Christmas, we needed a last minute present and I called the Customer Service Team to check in on delivery times. This is typically a busy time of year, stress levels are high but I had the good fortune of my call (for help) being answered by the loveliest person, who took my order and assured me delivery would be prior to Christmas.
