Customer Service Aftercare
I had a spelling error in my email upon my purchase for an item. A quick email " after hours" and my details were rectified and corrected . I'm sure the choice of a gift for my friends 50th will be awesome

Very impressed!
I purchased an AFL Team T-shirt for my nephew for his birthday. The package arrived within a few days at his door step, beautifully gift wrapped with a card! He loved it! Super handy given I couldn't see him on the day, it was made to feel very personal :) Thank you!

Bulldogs flag & cheeseboard
Both of my items were a hit for Fathers day gifts. The flag is pride of place in the man shed & my father in law loved the cheeseboard and has messaged me a couple of times to say how great it is! Quick post & friendly follow up emails!

Great and helpful service
I was really impressed with everything I purchased. I did have cause to ring regarding the order and was lucky enough to talk to Sandra The numbers I purchased were correct but I didn’t realise the back is black (silly me). Also I thought I had purchased and extra number same as was on the jumper. The order did look confusing to her and me and Sandra was so helpful sorting everything with no extra cost to me. She was awesome and will definitely purchase again
