Service

I have made many purchases through this company and never had a problem. Until my last order and I thought here we go major problems. But to my complete satisfaction upon making contact with them they listened to my issue and agreed that they had made a error and fixed it straight away. I wish that some of the other companies could act as professionally and as helpful as this company. I recommend 10 stars.

Best customer service anywhere.

These guys could write the manual for excellent customer service. I buy all of our AFL merch here. The site is easy to use, the products are always top quality, reasonably priced and exactly as advertised and delivery is always fast but most importantly the customer service truly is amazing. If you have any queries or concerns you can always call and speak with someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help. Fantastic job guys!!

Great customer service

I purchased a Magpies scarf for myself and a Carlton cap for my husband. When I opened the parcel both items were Magpies. It wasn't a big issue, I will wear the cap but to keep hubby happy I placed a second order for him, cap and scarf. When I received a thank you from the company for the returning order I thought I would just mention what had happened and my thoughts that possibly dispatch thought ' there's no way she meant to order those two teams together' and thought they were doing the right thing. I was pleasantly surprise to get a reply email apologising for the mix up and a refund of the delivery costs on my second order. Very pleased with the quality of the products and the customer service.

Number 1 for port power Guernsey

I ordered a number 1 for my port Guernsey as soon as I found out Connor Rozee was captain. I realised the day after I ordered, that I actually ordered the wrong number by mistake. I emailed and got a response back almost instantly, they changed my order to my beloved number 1 and it was delivered within a few days. Amazing, helpful service
