Great service as usual. I

Great service as usual. I ordered a product that wasnt due in until 4/8/15 which was fine. But was then avised the item would not be in until November and if I would like a credit instead of waiting for the item. As my clients are transient I emailed to advise I would need a credit and it was there within 5 min unbelieveable service, thankyou
