Great customer service

I purchased a Magpies scarf for myself and a Carlton cap for my husband. When I opened the parcel both items were Magpies. It wasn't a big issue, I will wear the cap but to keep hubby happy I placed a second order for him, cap and scarf. When I received a thank you from the company for the returning order I thought I would just mention what had happened and my thoughts that possibly dispatch thought ' there's no way she meant to order those two teams together' and thought they were doing the right thing. I was pleasantly surprise to get a reply email apologising for the mix up and a refund of the delivery costs on my second order. Very pleased with the quality of the products and the customer service.

Number 1 for port power Guernsey

I ordered a number 1 for my port Guernsey as soon as I found out Connor Rozee was captain. I realised the day after I ordered, that I actually ordered the wrong number by mistake. I emailed and got a response back almost instantly, they changed my order to my beloved number 1 and it was delivered within a few days. Amazing, helpful service

I was very happy with my purchases which included Swans PJ set and Dressing gown for my husband. I also purchased 2 Swans drink bottles. 1 for him and 1 for me.I was impressed with the delivery time. It arrived in time for Christmas.

Christmas

I ordered late but everything arrived in time for a wonderful Christmas surprise. Although it hurt to buy Hawks gear: a cooler box chair, garden gnome and playing cards! Yes I know spoilt!!!( being a diehard Crow!) my future son in law was very happy.
