Richmond Footy Caps

Great to see the Tigers coming to Queensland. Had to buy a new cap, bought one for the wife as well! Looking forward to the footy in Queensland - we'll be there. These products are great quality, speedy postage. Fantastic service and the price! Really affordable.

Service

I have made many purchases through this company and never had a problem. Until my last order and I thought here we go major problems. But to my complete satisfaction upon making contact with them they listened to my issue and agreed that they had made a error and fixed it straight away. I wish that some of the other companies could act as professionally and as helpful as this company. I recommend 10 stars.

Best customer service anywhere.

These guys could write the manual for excellent customer service. I buy all of our AFL merch here. The site is easy to use, the products are always top quality, reasonably priced and exactly as advertised and delivery is always fast but most importantly the customer service truly is amazing. If you have any queries or concerns you can always call and speak with someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help. Fantastic job guys!!

A bit of fun for game nights.

BARGAIN PRICE HERE !

Wahoo what a bargain i got both AFL hood sherpies for HALF PRICE, yep HALF PRICE ! YIHA They are on there way, got tracking, thats good to, and was quick easy to order on site. Even got a letter thanking me for my purchase, so overall PRETTY GOOD SERVICE I say !

Great customer service

I purchased a Magpies scarf for myself and a Carlton cap for my husband. When I opened the parcel both items were Magpies. It wasn't a big issue, I will wear the cap but to keep hubby happy I placed a second order for him, cap and scarf. When I received a thank you from the company for the returning order I thought I would just mention what had happened and my thoughts that possibly dispatch thought ' there's no way she meant to order those two teams together' and thought they were doing the right thing. I was pleasantly surprise to get a reply email apologising for the mix up and a refund of the delivery costs on my second order. Very pleased with the quality of the products and the customer service.
