Remember the day when you order something and you could call them and some one answered the phone, and let you know what’s happening to your order? Well this is the services you get here. Congratulations

It has been a long time since I have dealt with such a caring and professional company. We purchased the fishing top for a surprise Father’s Day gift and to my horror I ordered the completely wrong size.. a quick email to customer service and the top was sold out… never fear.. the wonderful staff found an alternative and made the return process so easy! My hubby is now happily fishing in his brand new fishing top ( still a geelong supported though!) Congratulating afl footy shop for caring about the customer! Will be back !

A Very Happy Tigers Fan

In mid November I ordered a Richmond Polo Shirt for my husband for Christmas. Australia Post became the Christmas Grinch, not sure where my parcel was, and would only look into it after the 20th of December! I contacted the AFL Footy Shop. Sandra, (aka the Christmas angel) came to the rescue and sent another, Express Post. It arrived today. It's the perfect gift. Thanks for going above and beyond with service.

I have purchased numerous items from this venue over a number of years. on all occasions I have found the service to be efficient and effective. Of significant note is the promptness of delivery. (Ordered before noon on Tuesday, delivered the following Friday) Well done to all concerned.

Footy fix!

Bought my dad a Christmas present from. The AFL website which had a great range, was easy to purchase and delivered efficiently! Was great to be able to rely on quality and delivery but was good to also see such a range for all the family!

Amazing Service

Peter the Football Guru is a star. My parcel had been left at the wrong house and Australia Post was not helping locate it. I emailed AFL Footy Shop and within minutes they had replied and then Peter phoned to say they would send the items again and try and sort it out. Amazing service and the second parcel arrived safely. I know I'll have a very happy son on Christmas Day enjoying his Brisbane Lions Gear. Thank you again.

What I know

I’ve brought a products a few times and I’ve found that the products have always been correct and in good condition. I made a mistake in sizing and found the service to get fixed was first class and I’ve been happy with everything and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the footy shop.
