Super service from many happy gnomes!

I ordered seven AFL gnomes from the AFL footy shop to give as presents. Some have been given & are loved. They have names ranging from Harvs, Fritz to Cracca.The service provided was second to none. I was concerned about receiving them in time for Christmas so wrote to confirm their likely arrival. My emails were replied to promptly & the info given was 'spot on'. The service plus the friendly & professional approach from the team were excellent.

Congratulations

It has been a long time since I have dealt with such a caring and professional company. We purchased the fishing top for a surprise Father’s Day gift and to my horror I ordered the completely wrong size.. a quick email to customer service and the top was sold out… never fear.. the wonderful staff found an alternative and made the return process so easy! My hubby is now happily fishing in his brand new fishing top ( still a geelong supported though!) Congratulating afl footy shop for caring about the customer! Will be back !

A Very Happy Tigers Fan

In mid November I ordered a Richmond Polo Shirt for my husband for Christmas. Australia Post became the Christmas Grinch, not sure where my parcel was, and would only look into it after the 20th of December! I contacted the AFL Footy Shop. Sandra, (aka the Christmas angel) came to the rescue and sent another, Express Post. It arrived today. It's the perfect gift. Thanks for going above and beyond with service.
