I ordered some W...

I ordered some Western Bulldogs socks for my best friend's birthday. She lives and breathes everything WB. I can't go to the shops to buy gifts because I'm apparently an endangered species: over 65 and with an underlying health problem, so I'm cactus if I leave the house. I have not bought anything from the AFL store before, because I'm a Richmond member, and I buy all of my merchandise at Punt Rd. I ordered the socks for my bestie, and they arrived at my place pretty smartly, in good order, and in plenty of time to send on, via snail mail to my friend. I was given plenty of warning (via email) that the parcel was coming, so I could wait just inside the door for the postie to come. I was so excited to see the postie, I hadn't seen anyone in days. He kind of dropped it on the mat so I wouldn't infect him, and I waited for him to go before I went out in my surgical gloves to pick it up. I wrapped the socks up, and addressed the new parcel to my friend. My daughter (who is an essential worker) took the parcel to the Post Office and paid for Express Post to make sure the parcel got to my friend in time for her birthday. That's where it all went wrong! The post took ages to get it to her, and finally arrived two days late. If I'd sent it with normal stamps on it, I'm sure it would still be travelling on its way to her. My friend loves the socks, she rang me to say that she is wearing them, and that she thinks they are great. She is shocked that I didn't buy her Richmond socks, but I was the bigger person, and did the right thing. I'll most certainly use your online store again (if I have to buy for someone who supports another team). Thank you for your prompt service and quality product. Keryn.
