Brilliant customer service! Ordered a Size 10 Hoodie on a Friday and it arrived Monday. Was unfortunately a very small fit so rang shop to see how quickly I could get a replacement as it was a birthday gift. They immediately sent out a Size 12 and 14 and free return bag. Nephew loved the hoodie and I loved the customer service.
