I'm based in Ireland so a pretty long haul delivery, but the Footy Shop were on the ball all the way through with updates. Jersey was just awesome! I felt so confident with its feel and quality. I worded up the rest of the team, but it was no good. They loved their club sponsored jumpers, and wouldn’t make the switch. Well I played my heart out, but to no avail. The cats couldn’t lay a hand on me, but the others, well you know the story! I had a fantastic experience shopping with The AFL Footy Shop. Before making my purchase, I contacted them through their website with a number of questions about different products, and Peter was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He made the whole process seamless and gave me complete confidence in my purchase. It's so important to support businesses like The AFL Footy Shop, where genuine customer service still comes first, rather than always turning to the big retail giants. My biggest challenge now is resisting the temptation to give my daughter her birthday presents before her 10th birthday in October! She's going to be absolutely delighted with her new Hawthorn Hawks bedroom for out and bobblehead. Thanks again to Peter and the ‘behind the scenes’ team at AFL Footy shop for the outstanding service.
