After processing my order for a Richmond Guernsey size M, I had second thoughts about the size. I emailed the sales team on Friday night and changed to a size L. First thing Monday morning I received a confirmation email advising that the change had been actioned and would be delivered on time. Thank you Sales team.

Wow wow wow What a nice surprising gift for my hubby. He was over the moon he’s tall and the length of the sleeves on the hooded flannelette shirt were spot on. The staff had packed the gift so well that he then also got an amazing suprise to find the cap as well. I used the crows express postage of $20 and it was placed in our mailbox very safely.
