Purchased this as part of an Auskick pack for my nephews 6th Birthday, I was a bit worried as it said sold out online when I attempted to purchase so I rang to find out an eta, the lady I spoke with was absolutely fabulous and was able to substitute an out of stock item for me so I could go ahead with the purchase then and there. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the speed in which it was delivered. I ordered it on a Friday morning and it was on my doorstep the next Tuesday morning. Very impressive. It was packaged well and looks great. It was a surprise for my 12 year old nephew's birthday and he was so happy. He absolutely loves it. He also loved the free gift. I must say, I was pleased with the quick response I got from Peter when I was querying something on the website. Amazing and friendly and so easy to communicate. When I had to change sizes it was so simple with Sandy, very efficient and so helpful!!! And not forgetting, I made Hubby's day on his birthday when he got all the Dockers Stuff!!! He was chuffed!!!
