Purchased this as part of an Auskick pack for my nephews 6th Birthday, I was a bit worried as it said sold out online when I attempted to purchase so I rang to find out an eta, the lady I spoke with was absolutely fabulous and was able to substitute an out of stock item for me so I could go ahead with the purchase then and there. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the speed in which it was delivered. I ordered it on a Friday morning and it was on my doorstep the next Tuesday morning. Very impressive. It was packaged well and looks great. It was a surprise for my 12 year old nephew's birthday and he was so happy. He absolutely loves it. He also loved the free gift. My nephew Charlie and I had such a great experience with the AFL footy shop. I ordered a Hawk's clock, as a gift for him, and it sadly didn't work - the only one in the batch that was faulty - but Sandy and the team were so understanding and supportive. They offered to replace the clock with any other items from the store for the same value and even threw in a bonus. We held on to the clock, and Charlie will now use it as wall art. We couldn't be more grateful for not only the incredible options of Hawk's products but Sandy's kindness and promptness in responding to our requests. Thank you for being so awesome!
