I purchased a jumper for my son, (Not my first purchase) and had ordered a size too small for him. I contacted the AFL shop and advised them of my sons rapid growth spurt. They emailed me straight back advising me that they had put the correct size aside awaiting shipping once the smaller jumper had been returned. How simple, easy & efficient. I love em!

I had a fantastic experience shopping with The AFL Footy Shop. Before making my purchase, I contacted them through their website with a number of questions about different products, and Peter was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He made the whole process seamless and gave me complete confidence in my purchase. It's so important to support businesses like The AFL Footy Shop, where genuine customer service still comes first, rather than always turning to the big retail giants. My biggest challenge now is resisting the temptation to give my daughter her birthday presents before her 10th birthday in October! She's going to be absolutely delighted with her new Hawthorn Hawks bedroom for out and bobblehead.
