It was very professional

It was very professional service was exceptional got it very quickly. Staff member rang me was very impressed as I did 2 orders and said he would charge only one postage as I had paid for 2 within minutes of each transaction. Will definitely order from you again.

I give my experience a 4/5 stars. Purely because I never give a 5/5. My experience with the site has been fantastic. The filters are great and make searching for products very easy. The My Account feature is really easy to manage and the shopping transaction functionality is super easy. Further to this, Shipping was exceptional, my purchases arrived super quick and the surprise gift was a nice touch. My kids have played with it ever since. Keep up the good work guys! Jon

very professional.....bought

very professional.....bought 2 Swans watches for 2 coaches who are leaving to go back to Ireland...one was unfortunately faulty, but the guys provided a free postage return, and as they did not have any left in stock, they even directed me to another provider who had one. Money was returned on product being received. Fantastic service....will definitely use again
