It is often difficult to order things on line here in Australia and send the to the UK, you may be surprised to learn. However, my order from the Footy Shop was simple and the product successfully arrived at its destination in good time. The recipient may or may not now be the only person wondering the streets of Middlesbrough with a Kangaroos Beannie. She was delighted and is getting good wear from it in the snow! Thank you
