Amazing customer service

Wonderful store!! Incredibly prompt postage and delivery. I needed to make exchange of size and Sandra from Customer Service was absolutely amazing! Excellent communication and went out of her way to help us out. It really is lovely to have such a positive experience. Could not recommend more highly. My kids will be super happy with their Easter presents. Thanks again and Go Dees!!

Grea phone service

I am very impressed with the Customer Service at the AFL Shop . I rang 2 times to exchange a shirt. My phone was answered straight away both times. This great...I had run another huge retail company for 2 days and no one ever answered. I spoke to Sandy (I think that is her name) and the exchange was dealt with immediately. It so refreshing to get such excellent customer service. Sandy could not have been more helpful.

Happy Magpie

First time to order thru AFL footy shop and couldn't believe how fast my order arrived. Unfortunately the item I ordered was wrong size so returned the item and again was in total shock how quick to get the correct size sent. If only all companies had this awesome customer service.

Fast and True to size

I have prdered so many times now from the AFL Footy Shop, and it is the only place I go to buy my footy gear, both for myself and for my family and friends. The service is outstanding, and if they haven't got something in stock, they will send you an email once they do. You can't get better then that. The sizes are true, and my grand sons have been over the moon with my gifts for them from The AFL Footy Shop! Delighted is an understatement!!!

Ironically, I haven't seen the tie I ordered yet, but it's been safely delivered to a mailbox that I will access in a month or so. I'll guarantee the product is wonderful given it has a Carlton logo on it, and that would work if the tie was fluorescent pink. But this is a review for Nicky at the AFL Shop versus the tie. She (or perhaps he) was absolutely wonderful. I had ordered the tie to be delivered to an address that I wouldn't be at for some time, and I wrote asking about its delivery and she not only wrote back in great detail, but followed up with Australia Post and sent a photo of the tie being placed into the mailbox. Over and above all that she was incredibly sympathetic to how important something as simple as a team tie was, as silly as that might sound to anyone else in the world. What a wonderful experience, and for someone living in the US, a brilliant reminder of the goodness of Australian culture. Thank you to Nicky, the crazy Bulldogs fan!

Amazing Gift

Making things easy

The footy shop to me is the go to place. My family are footy mad. The Collingwood theme song was played as I walked up the isle to my husband to be standing in black and white. Ineed say no more. My son-in-law is a die hard cats fan the daughter in-law is a tiger hungry fan. So back to the footy shop you make my job so easy everything I have bought from you is of the highest quality.
