Easy purchase

User friendly website made the purchase easy, and I love the range of gear available. The only downside is the constant pop-ups showing "recent purchases"; it's a bit annoying and they get in the way

Resplendent in Lions footy gear

My wife was born in Melbourne - an Essendon by birth. Now living in Qld she has converted to the Lions (unthinkable?). Imagine her in your new Scarf and beanie glued to the TV in her favourite chair, with a complete list of the Lions players. & learning their numbers. I purchased a scarf and beanie to augment her experience! Arrival of the products was fast and await the presentation to her next Saturday when the Lions beat Port Adelaide.

Amazing customer service

Wonderful store!! Incredibly prompt postage and delivery. I needed to make exchange of size and Sandra from Customer Service was absolutely amazing! Excellent communication and went out of her way to help us out. It really is lovely to have such a positive experience. Could not recommend more highly. Grea phone service

I am very impressed with the Customer Service at the AFL Shop . I rang 2 times to exchange a shirt. My phone was answered straight away both times. This great...I had run another huge retail company for 2 days and no one ever answered. I spoke to Sandy (I think that is her name) and the exchange was dealt with immediately. It so refreshing to get such excellent customer service. Sandy could not have been more helpful.

Happy Magpie

First time to order thru AFL footy shop and couldn't believe how fast my order arrived. Unfortunately the item I ordered was wrong size so returned the item and again was in total shock how quick to get the correct size sent. If only all companies had this awesome customer service.
