I purchased two youth carlton blues beanies for my sons, very happy with the product however it was a bit to small for my older son, I emailed to ask to exchange the beanie for a larger one, I received a prompt and friendly response, returned one of the beanies via post and my sons new beanie is now on the way. The boys will be stoked to wear their beanies when we go to support the Blues against the Cats! Thanks again and GO BLUES!

Perfect product

I ordered a guernsey on Monday as I was going to the football on Thursday night and had my fingers crossed it would turn up by Thursday and luckily it came on Wednesday so I was super happy! The product is of very high quality and super super comfortable! It’s also really thick material which is good to help keep your chest warm at the footy! Also got a number printed on the back and that was perfect also, looks like the real thing! These products are of really high quality and highly recommend them!

Love it

This honestly came just in time. Covid has taken over our house and with the raging temperatures making us all feel freezing, the flankette is doing an amazing job. We're actually sharing it around... it's so warm. Looked at an Oodie but wanted my AFL team so this is perfection.

Excellence In Service

Getting excellent service is getting more rare these days. However nothing was too difficult for the team @ the AFL Footy Shop. I ordered a Bombers jacket & I ordered it in time with Express Delivery so it would get to me in time to use for an upcoming Essendon & Carlton Match. The jacket arrived & was just too big so I was on the phone to the AFL Footy Shop team as soon as I could to discuss my options. I dealt with Sandra & she helped me step by step on how to return the jacket & exchange it with the correct size. She kept in touch with with me via phone & email to keep me updated. Right up to advising me when I was going to expect my Jacket & also that they had received my original jacket & that a refund would be issued. The AFL Footy Shop team was always in correspondence with with me knowing that I had to get the exchanged coat in time to wear for my footy match. Always a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Thank you again AFL Footy shop Team for your exceptional service…

Flankets are a real winner
