I am an 87 year old pensioner who was lost trying to get a present for a die hard Carlton Supporter. She is turning 87 next week and I was in a real quandary trying to choose a gift let alone how to order. The young man I spoke to was so patient and so helpful it made my experience easy and a pleasurable time. With staff like that you are winning more and more customers I am sure.
