Happy relative

I purchased 3 Garden gnomes, one for myself, which of course I love , and it’s not in the garden. The other 2 were for a relative for Christmas. A Geelong one for her, and a Melbourne one to put next to it, as it was her husbands team , he passed away 10 years ago. She was so touched and loved both gnomes. Always love shopping through AFL Footy shop

Amazing Staff

I can't thank Sandy enough for all her help. Emailed back to me while the store was closed over Christmas to help me sort out an ordering issue on my end. She went above and beyond what anyone should do while on Xmas break!! Needless to say all sorted. Money returned and correct items ordered

Thank you for such prompt service!

I was delighted to order through the AFL shop online for the first time recently. The order was straightforward and to my surprise everything went without a hitch. Helpful service

Well I was amazed with the service the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful she helped me find other items to replace the item that was not available she was very helpful. My friend that recieved the items was pleased and she was stoked the items/boxes were wrapped in christmas paper (they were a Christmas present) and the postage was quick. I will order again for my friend and I might even get items for myself for the team I support. I like the idea you have delivery to p.o boxes.

Great Christmas gift

As a surprise Christmas gift I bought my partner a great Collingwood polo shirt and Collingwood socks. Both items were a big hit. Reasonably priced, my partner has worn them to death. They are very comfortable to wear. I would like to also say that the items were dispatched swiftly. I was worried that I wouldn't have them in time for Christmas. They arrived promptly. Thank you AFL Footy Shop. I look forward to shopping with you again.

Melbourne Football Club Premiership Medallion

Sensational service!

Chased up a backorder several days prior to christmas. Had a call the next morning and advised that they were expecting the shipment later that day. The folloowing day they were posted and arrived overnight in time for christmas eve!

Grandson was absolutely delighted with Nic Naita

My 6 year old grandson who is mad West Coast fan and his favourite player is Nic Naitanui could not believe his eyes when he found a Nic Naitanui Mascot among his Christmas gifts . It is of very high quality and a perfect replica and now has pride of place among his West Coast Eagles collection . The service I received was impeccable and delivery was very quick considering the delays due to the impact of COVID19 on deliveries. Only wish you could have seen his reaction

Super service from many happy gnomes!

I ordered seven AFL gnomes from the AFL footy shop to give as presents. Some have been given & are loved. They have names ranging from Harvs, Fritz to Cracca.The service provided was second to none. I was concerned about receiving them in time for Christmas so wrote to confirm their likely arrival. My emails were replied to promptly & the info given was 'spot on'. The service plus the friendly & professional approach from the team were excellent.
