The best service

I've been a Melbourne supporter for over 60 years and after their 2021 Grand Final win decided to treat myself to a couple of new shirts. Placing the order was easy but when the shirts arrived they were too small (my mistake) but no problem for Sandra (she should train Telstra) told where to return shirts and the replacements arrived quickly. Honestly, I was shocked at how good the service from this company was. Australian industry could learn a lot from Sandra and the crew. Peter H Ormeau Qld

Best customer service ever!!!!!!

Being a Melbourne supporter for more than 60 years I just had to have some club memorabilia after their Brilliant GRAND FINAL win. The shirts I ordered did not fit (my fault). Returning them was absolutely no problem to Sandra "the best service in Australia" I returned and swapped for correct size in no time. THANK YOU SANDRA AND THE TEAM.

Cotton Logo Shorts

Demon in the UK

Am so appreciative of the great service from Sandra and her team, my son was rapt with the hoodie, polo top & beanie. The beanie was from an earlier year, there was no problem with getting a credit, so now having to send him a new one ( will be handy for that UK winter) Tanks again Sandra.

Quick and easy

I recently purchased a couple of garden gnomes and through the checkout stage I didn’t realise I still had my old address saved, so I sent an email and within an hour I received a reply and everything was sorted. I wish other sites would be as quick and easy to deal with as the AFL footy shop is. Cheers

Best Daughter-In-Law Award!

Fantastic Service !!!!!!!

I recently ordered and purchased a Brisbane Lions hoody for my son for his upcoming birthday. I didn't realise that the size I selected did not save and I ordered and received the wrong size. I received the parcel and put it away as his birthday was not for a couple of weeks. When his birthday arrived, I realised that it was not the right size. Panic !!!!!!!!! I emailed and the lovely team @ AFLfootyshop (Sandra) quickly dispatched the right size and I am returning the one already received. Thanks Sandra and team I really appreciate your help with this.
