My nephew Charlie and I had such a great experience with the AFL footy shop. I ordered a Hawk's clock, as a gift for him, and it sadly didn't work - the only one in the batch that was faulty - but Sandy and the team were so understanding and supportive. They offered to replace the clock with any other items from the store for the same value and even threw in a bonus. We held on to the clock, and Charlie will now use it as wall art.
